6 Helpful Tips to Maintain Your Voice

There are so many things to maintain in our world. Like people who spend a lot of time in gym and working out to keep their body in shape. But how about singers, how they maintain and keep their great voices. Attending singing lessons in Dubai will teach you these tips about how to maintain you voice.

1.      Do the water therapy. Avoid drinking caffeine and alcohol; keep drinking water to keep your body hydrated. Eat foods that contains large amount of waters.

2.      Have your vocal rest especially when it is over use. Teacher is one of example of it, teachers must have vocal naps everyday because they used their voices a lot when they are teaching.

3.      Quit smoking. Smoking breaks your throats and trigger throat cancer.

4.      Try not to talk loudly and avoid screaming or yelling. When you have hoarseness, it’s a warning sign that your vocal cords are irritated and need a rest.

5.      Know the healthy habits in talking. Even you know how to take care of your voice when singing but in talking you don’t continue your healthy habits, this also damage your voices. When talking, there should be more breath flowing.


6.      Perform a warm-up for your voice every morning but don’t do excessive warm-ups.
